Brunate è un comune italiano di 1800 abitanti situato su un altopiano boscoso nelle Prealpi lombarde, ad un'altitudine compresa tra i 562 e 1027 metri (località CAO) sul livello del mare, in corrispondenza del vertice sud-ovest del Triangolo Lariano. Il paese è noto soprattutto per la presenza di numerose ville in stile eclettico e liberty, per essere collegato alla città lariana tramite una funicolare (7 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Como) e uno splendido panorama che abbraccia un ampio territorio, dalle alpi svizzere alla pianura lombarda e piemontese. I numerosi punti panoramici hanno reso noto la località come "balcone sulle Alpi".

Brunate is an Italian town of about 1800 inhabitants located on a wooded plateau in the Lombard pre-alps, at an altitude between 562 and 1027 CAO (locality) above sea level, at the south-west summit of the so-called "Lariano Triangle" .
The town is best known for the presence of numerous villas in eclectic and Art Nouveau style, and to be connected to the city of Como via a funicular (seven minutes to reach the city center) and a splendid panorama that embraces a wide territory, from the Swiss Alps to the Lombard plateau and Piemonte’s plains. Il B&B “Il bosco di Eva” si trova lungo il sentiero “passeggiata alle baite” a circa 400 mt dalla piazza CAO (ultima fermata del bus
santuario di S. Rita da Cascia a 2,8 Km dal centro di Brunate - con ampio parcheggio), dalla quale parte una strada percorribile anche in auto verso baite e ristori. Mette a disposizione dei clienti un unico appartamento indipendente di circa 60 mq, ad uso esclusivo ubicato in una casa privata singola con giardino, parcheggio gratuito, tv sat, wifi, in grado di ospitare 4/6 persone.
É composto da una stanza matrimoniale, cameretta, un bagno, cucina completa, soggiorno con camino (con un comodo divano letto matrimoniale), balcone panoramico (con barbecue) dal quale si può ammirare l’incantevole ed unica vista a 180° sul lago di Como, sulla Svizzera e Varese. Gli ospiti possono inoltre usufruire (sempre ad uso esclusivo) al piano terra, di una grande terrazza e giardino dove nella bella stagione è possibile pranzare all'aperto, usare il barbecue, l'area relax ed i lettini prendisole.
La casa, insieme ad altre quattro baite, è immersa nel bosco, un vero “full immersion” nella natura, dove si può ancora “respirare” un aria sana e pulita e dove, con un pò di fortuna, ammirare la fauna tipica del “Triangiolo Lariano”: scoiattoli, ghiri, cerbiatti, galli cedroni, gufi, piccoli animali selvatici, uccelli e rapaci. La sua posizione strategica è il punto di partenza per escursioni e trekking
a piedi o mountain bike. Lungo i famosi percorsi segnalati, si possono raggiungere facilmente a poche centinaia di metri i primi ristori e, con passeggiate più o meno impegnative, il Monte Bolletto e Bollettone, Monte Piatto e Torno, fino, per i più esperti, famose località lacustri come Bellagio.
The B&B "Il Bosco di Eva" is located 400 meters from the square CAO (last bus stop - sanctuary of S. Rita da Cascia, 2.8 km from the center of Brunate - with ample parking), from which a viable road also by car to huts and restaurantse exists. It offers to its customers a single independent apartment of about 60 square meters, for exclusive use and located in a single private house, including a garden, free parking, satellite TV, wifi and can accommodate 4/6 people. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom, full kitchen, living room with fireplace (including a comfortable double sofa bed), panoramic balcony (with barbecue), from which you can admire the enchanting and unique view 180 ° on Lake Como, Switzerland and Varese. Guests can also use (always for exclusive use) on the ground floor, a large terrace and garden where during the summer you can have lunch outdoors, use the barbecue, the relax area and sun loungers. The house, along with 4 other inhabitants, is immersed in the woods, a real full immersion in nature, where you can still "breathe" a healthy air and where, with a little luck, admire the typical fauna of the area: squirrels, dormice, fawns, grouse, owls, small wild animals, birds and birds of prey. Its strategic position is the ideal starting point for hiking and trekking on foot or even mountain biking. Along the famous marked trails, you can easily reach the first restaurants within a few hundred meters and, with more or less demanding walks, Monte Bolletto and Bollettone, Monte Piatto and Torno up to, for the more experienced, the famous lake town of Bellagio.
